Worked with Tracy Smith to purchase a Polaris Ranger, really appreciated that he let me take my time with the decision. I was also pleasantly surprised when he joined the delivery team to make sure everything went fine, as we were under a time crunch that day.Tracy also delivered and help install two plug caps that your mechanics found missing in a quality check ,2 weeks after the sale.Very happy with all aspects of our transaction so far , hope it continues in the future. Worked with John looking for my first cruiser. Great guy doesn't pressure you, and let's you decide what you want. Had a little miss communication with finance about my budget, but they actually worked hard with the banks to get the number where I needed it. I really think the finance team when above and beyond to get this deal through. Thanks guys!

We had been looking for a used side-by-side in good condition for some time. The team as Tousley Motorsports was great work with and they had the perfect one for us. Nick followed up quickly and Bill jumped in to help when Nick was unavailable - they made a great sales team. When it came to the paper work, both Zach and Mo were on top of the numbers and had all the documents ready to go making finalizing the deal seamless.

Tracy @ Tousley was great! We had to search for the right bike and his communication was awesome. He took the time to make sure I was in the loop at every step. On delivery day his willingness to make sure all of the details even the minor ones we addressed. Thanks TMS and Tracy!

My husband and I were in the market for a cruiser bike and Jon O. was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping us find what we wanted. Jon was not pushy and did not pressure us into buying before we were ready. I have never met a better salesman. If you want a straight shooter Jon is your man.
