Fury Motorcycle

I purchased a used bike from a private seller last summer. I’m a new rider and this is the first bike I’ve ever owned. I needed to have my bike serviced for this upcoming season. Jason, the Service Manager, was very accommodating and great to work with. He answered all my questions, made suggestions and understood I was a novice. After I picked-up my bike I took it for a ride. Due to my inexperience, when putting my battery back on the bike after the winter, I must not have tightened the terminals very well. 20 minutes into my ride I found myself on the side of the road with the check engine light on. I realized it must be the battery and attempted to tighten the terminals. I was unsuccessful with one of them. I called Jason and he immediately dispatched Kyle to come get me. When the bike was back in their shop, two mechanics jumped on the bike and resolved my problem. I tried to get Jason to charge me for the pick-up and quick fix, but he would have nothing to do with that. I am a happy customer. This is where I’ll be bringing my bike for all service and buying my next. Two thumbs up for Fury motorcycle shop!

I dropped a tire off to get mounted and balanced and the Fury crew did nothing but welcome the business and answer every question I had with honesty and fervor. Great to see that some businesses are still into making sure that the customer feels comfortable with decisions rather than just trying to make a sale. Even with owning a Victory Kingpin, they were more than willing to tell me what they would be able to help me with in the future and what they would rather have me bring to a Victory dealership. Can/t speak well enough these guys. I'll definitely be bringing more business to them. Well done!

Great place to buy a bike. Chris is awesome here. Nothing bad to say about them. Took care of me from moment I walked in no hesitation. Will be coming back for service parts and more bikes.

Nice show room and many new and used bikes for sale; service with a smile; reasonable pricing as well. A nice change from the large chain dealership.

Awesome experience. No pressure sales, knowledgeable staff. Zac, Chris,Billy,Jason and the rest of the crew made this an easy choice. Glad we chose Fury. Thanks guys
