This was the first time purchasing a bike from a dealer and I could not have been happier. Everything went smooth and was very professional. Jake A was very knowledgeable and great to work with. All of the employees I had worked with made the experience very pleasant and because of that they will continue to get my business. I would definitely recommend Motoprimo to friends and family.

I'll be honest and say I have not totally made up my mind about this place. I like that they are big enough to have all you need. But they just have not been able to nail down good service. If you don't like what one employee has to say. Just ask another one and you'll get a completely different story. (Or service) Opinion still pending,

Came in unannounced for some simple recall services and was met with two very helpful service agents. I also asked if they could look into a problem with my muffler. Not so long later, they finished the recall service and spent the time to rectify the muffler issue. The service department went well beyond my expectations. The only complaint is that there should be a waiting area inside the store for customers. The only place I could find to sit was on an old bench outside in the rain.

Bought a new bike here and the experience from beginning to end was smooth, seamless, and quick. The staff were wonderful and very helpful. This will be my dealership of choice.
