Honda Town

Family owned and 100% fantastic!! Marshall (sales), his dad, and grandpa run and own the place. Marshall's grandma is the one answering the phones. These guys...I swear. Friendliest, most knowledgable, BEST customer service I've ever had from a dealership. I bought my most recent bike from them on a whim, and because of my experience, I'm going to make sure that my entire family starts buying from them as well (we used to be loyal to Tousley). They work crazy hard for their dealership, and it shows. They can also get pretty much anything for you; ordered my bike from the warehouse in Chicago and since then have helped me with a number of other things. So helpful and always happy to do it! Thanks guys!!

Great service. I had a bent impeller on my snowblower that was a quick enough fix they did while I waited and charge was reasonable.

I had to talk to the parts guy he said service was to busy to talk to me this guy was very short with me and very rude about giving me a quote on servicing. The rear end on my 2000 Valkyrie like he didn't care if he got my business or not very dissatisfied with how rude this person was to me will never deal with Honda town again !!!

Family owned and operated! I'll never go anywhere else but Honda Town with my powersport needs! They've exceeded my expectations for over 20 years! There's a reason they've been in business since 1969 and it shows! 👌👍
