Had a wonderful Experience! Tim made sure to answer every question I had and got the Motorcycle I wanted. It was by far the best Dealership I've ever been to. I would highly recommend Twin Cities Harley Davidson in Lakeville to anyone. Make sure to ask for Tom he's awesome!

The bike selection is great, everything is beautiful and clean. They offer test drives which for motorcycle dealerships these days is weening. As for the sales department, one needs to consider the bad reviews. I have been in multiple times, and most of them was houded and pestered repeatedly about "I can run the numbers for you" "You know you want it" "The riding season is going and it will run out soon" and all thatt buzz. I understand most of those sales are trained this way, and for someone with disposeable income who is not walking in to buy this is a hook that can get some to realize they can afford a bike and buy. Its ran me out of the dealership more than once, even having to ask the sales associates to leave me alone. But keep going back, because sometimes you are blown away. I went in today during a rain storm and got asked if I needed help by Gordy. Gordy was the most professional, never BS'd anything. He would give me brutal truth, would offer his opinion if I asked even if it was contrary to a high ticket item vs. a low. He would admit if he didn't know, but would ALWAYS get you the answer. NOT ONCE did he ask me to buy, run numbers or pester me to buy. He cared that if I left on a bike, it was the right bike for me and for the right reasons. Opposite of the bikes I was looking at and asking him questions on to kill time, he figured out exactly what I wanted and a bike I had been eyeing for a while from what he knew about me and my tastes on the bikes I sat on. What did I end up doing? I asked him to run the numbers on a bike, something I was never going to do. They didn't match what my numbers were, but thats ok and he was the most professional about it. I will be back to lakeville harley, and will be buying a bike from Gordy. He is bar none one of the best experts and bike fitters out there. If you are looking for a bike, know what you like or have no idea where to start, ask to see Gordy. He rocks, and locked in this 5 star review.

I so greatly appreciate the prompt, professional service I have recieved at TCHD. I recently purchased my bike from Tim (fabulous experience made very painless) and Nate in Service goes above and beyond to get whatever work that needs to be done, done. Thank you!

Great staff. Prices seem more pricey compared to the Harley dealers around the cities
