I went to this store to buy a new Motor cycle. This is small dealership with very few Motor cycles. The price tags are high compared to other dealers. Generally if you buy a new automobile or Motor cycle the accessories they install without any service or labor charge. But here they quoted me high cost on the labor too. After my research I found Larson's Motor cycle from Cambridge gave me the best price. I went there and purchased my Motor cycle. The sales people are okay but little bit pushy.

Don't want to type a lot. In short, gave them a snowblower to fix I got from the side of a curb that wouldn't run and six months later they haven't done anything with it. They have been rude and constantly tell me they are working on it when I call. They haven't called me about it in months. It's a joke. Terrible service. Incompetent people. They said I would get it for free, but I'm moving to eden prairie in September and if we don't get it I'm forgetting about this place forever and never going back. It's August, this all started in March. Pathetic.

Overpriced! They charged me $80+ to mount and balance one tire that was already off the motorcycle. Going rate on that service in the Twin Cities is between $25-$50. Highway robbery!!
