I have only dealt with the Toro side but they are great! Denny will treat you fairly and they are very friendly. They become seasonally busy and will tell you how long the wait time will be. Always best to plan ahead because good service for seasonal work books up fast and they can't staff for the peaks year round or you could not afford the prices they would have to charge. It is a pleasure doing business with them!

I feel good about my purchase of my Honda ATV. The sales help was very good and Bryce did well in spite of the fact he was the only salesperson there. I was surprised about that and a little concerned as it was Friday and that could have been an issue, he was doing multiple tasks at one time. In fairness to him he did well but if anyone else would have been there trying to buy something the sale may not have been possible. I almost went up the street Henneys and got a Yamaha/Suzuki but I wanted a Honda so I came back and Bryce was helpful and got me a good value and knew his machines.

I went into this thinking the staff was more knowledgeable than that of an O'Reilly Auto Parts 16 year old counter kid. Unfortunately, my expectations were too high. I needed a universal part. Could barely get by "what bike is it for" -- so I went and looked up a specific Honda so the guy could type it into his system, only to have him get confused about whether or not they have these parts. The part, in this case, was a valve shim. You have them. You advertise break-in and tune-up service, so it would be nothing less than alarming for you NOT to have them. Long story short? Incompetent staff, and rude to boot. I ended up getting my shims over at Empire Cycle instead.

Great place, very friendly, knowledgeable. Follow through is a bit spotty. So when they say they'll call you, don't count on it. Bought an ATV, plan to get it serviced there. That will be the next test.

I am very happy with their service. Steve gave an accurate time for service completion. I will go back for my pioneer 1000 work.
