I like the way they make a big deal after you purchase a bike and take off the microphone and announce it and have you ring the bell. Also thought it was cool the way they took a picture and frame it for us to take home ... otherwise great bike - fair price - great customer service.

There is an employee who is in front of the store as you walk in. She is welcoming and will point you in the direction you need to go. Harley always has a great selection to look at, with many accessories for the motorcycle enthusiast. I have purchased several gifts here with great results. The apparel is high quality and worth the extra cost. Also, the parts guy at this store is more helpful and knowledgeable than other locations.

Great service and sales team, parts dept guys know their parts well, wish prices where better on the new CVO's - great place

I have always been treated very good at Zylstra. The service department let's me know just what needs to be done. Even if it's not on the maintenance list.
