We have utilized Custom services since 1993. They were the only company out of ten consultants that were able to figure out how to get air conditioning to to a sun room with a brick floor and one return air vent. Needles to say we bought 2 new ac units from them. They maintained them regularly and only twice did they have to make a service call in 25 years. This summer our coil went out on our upstairs ac unit. Since we’re in the process of renovating our house the decision was made to upgrade and we purchased 2 new ac and furnace units. They are extremely energy efficient and the fans are so quiet you can hardly tell that they are running. The employees are professional and always courteous and knowledgeable about their area of expertise. The office keeps track and always notifys us of our biannual maintenance on our heating and air conditioner units. We will always be a loyal fan and Custom is number ONE for our family for heating and air conditioning. Thanks Custom for keeping us extremely COOL in the summer and warm in the winter.

Called for estimate on heat and air unit. Man was 1 &1/2 hours late and never sent an e-mail, letter, phone call , nothing. Total waste of time. Why do they mail flyers, if they arent going to do business. A BEST AIR is doing a great job for me now.

You get what you pay for. Always professional and technicians know exactly the remedy for my ac problems. Very knowledgeable.

Originally I gave this company a bad review. I was a bit of a jerk about it but they waived the fee and even attempted to contact me and make the situation right I was too busy to answer the phone when they called. The situation was resolved by then so I'm changing my review. I think what happened is possibly my tenant was lying to me about them not showing up rather than admitting he was sleeping and I just assumed that they were the ones lying because my tenant works nights and sleeps during the day anyway I'm glad they made the situation right it all is good
