I had an appointment at 4. At 4 the office lady called and said the plumber was tied up and would be here as soon as possible. They got here at 7:30...hot and tired but ready to work. They fixed my problem and headed to another customer. THANKS Calvin you and your helper are good guys. We appreciate you!

Ordinary I’d give them a 5 but today something happened that dropped them to a 4 . From now on when I have to have them come out I’ll make sure I ask for Calvin. I will not let Tyler work on my plumbing anymore.

I have used Groom's on a few occasions and have recommended them to others. When my home warranty company sent out someone to fix a water leak in my center island, they said it would be $1800 plus I would have to remove my island and bust up my tile and concrete. I called Groom's and it only cost me about $150 plus I had to have the back of one of the cabinets removed (minimal cost and allowed for future access, done by cabinet maker). The also put in the correct kind of hose and a shut off valve. In addition, the home warranty had sent out on 5 different occasions, someone to fix lack of hot water in my guest bathroom. Grooms figured out the problem, created an access panel in my closet and fixed what I needed for about $250. I have been extremely satisfied with their knowledge, integrity and price to this point. As a matter of fact, I recommended someone to them today!! FYI -- I cancelled my home warranty since they sent so many crooks out to my home!!

This started about 10 days ago and has not ended well. First of all the first Tech said we needed a new gas valve, heat sensor, and thermocouple replaced. 3 days later another Tech claiming to be the owners nephew came in and said it only needed the thermocouple and replaced it. Less than a week later the hot water tank started acting up again and we called our home warranty company to get Grooms back out. Well the Tech today looks at my hot water tank goes outside to call his office and after about 15 minutes gets in his vehicle and leaves with no explanation. I called their office who said the warranty company had denied the claim. After I called the warranty company I found out they said my hot water tank was not up to code. They claimed it didn't have a ball valve and a hammer arrester. Number one it has a ball valve and it is 8 years old and doesn't have to have a hammer arrester, on top of that the hammer arrester is not even part of the city code and hasn't been for at least 2 years. I do not know what woman that thought they could lie on but they chose the wrong one. And the truth shall set you free!!

We here at Grooms Sewer Service try our very best to be prompt and courteous. We are truly a family business. I regret the fact that we are very small in number with a very large work load my brother calvin and my cousins and 2 son in laws work 15 hour days on average. this is no excuse for failing our customers. Stephanie a sister works as many hours on the phone, and she tries to satisfy every call with what they need to meet their schedules. We do fail occasionally and to those I apologize. please allow us to correct any and all mistakes and of course nobody pays a dime before the job is finished, correctly I will add.Thank you Okc for over 50 years of serving our community ....
