Ray's Sewer Service

I am sure Ray is a great plumber, and he is a very friendly man. However, the company he runs is not professional. The first issue was the worker who came out told me Ray would come give us an estimate the following day. We trusted his word and took off work early in order to be there. Two hours later, we called the office and they had no idea what we were talking about. They assured us Ray would be out the following day. When he did come, he was very nice but did not bring the equipment he needed in order to give us an estimate. Ok, so he would come out the following business day on Monday. Meanwhile, we are living with no ability to flush toilets, take showers, or do laundry. There is no sense of urgency with this company to do their jobs. When he came out Monday (we were at work and left the gate open), he did not leave us a note and did not call us. We called the company that night and the lady on the phone gave us the written price estimate that he had come up with, but he had already left for the day. We asked him to call us back to discuss moving forward with the job. We have never heard back from him, two weeks later now. We have since called another sewer company who came out the next day, gave us a bid for the same job at a QUARTER of the cost that Ray wrote down, and they are completing the job for us within the week. Sorry Ray. You and your staff need to work on communication, professionalism, and fair pricing.

If you having an emergency with water running or leaking on your floor and not properly draining. Do not call these guys! My drains are backed up and water is overflowing to the floor. We called thses guys to come out and was told they would be out after 5pm yesterday. He did show up and attempted to snake the drains, but stated his line was not long enough and would be back out first thing the next morning. So, now I'm questioning how do you specialize in a specific service and not have enough of the right equipment and why do I have to wait until the next morning, if you are a 24 hour servicecompany? Anyway the next morning has arrived and at 10am no one has arrived. We call the company to get a status check and was told they will not be able to get to us until sometime this afternoon. I explained it is unacceptable. We have water leaking and overflowing to the floor and the original plumber said he would be back out this morning. They apologized and stated nothing they could do about it. I was so very disappointed in this company and not receiving better service. We are now going into the 2nd day and not any closer to resolution. However, after mentioning this would not look good on reviews for their service, I received a call back within 15 mins stating they will have someone out right away. Now let's see if this matter gets resolved?

Ray came out bid the job one way and when his crew came out they did it in a completely different way which was a much short way and a much quicker job and still charged the same amount for the longer job. We will never do business with him again.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Called them out to do a job. Agreed with Ray before hand that we would pay $200 down and $100 a month until the bill was paid off. Get the second statement and there is a $13.50 interest charge. When I called to ask about it the lady I talked was super rude. Charging what amount to an extra payment over the course of the arrangement without any kind of prior notice. If I knew that would have been the case I would have went somewhere else.

I have had 3 plumbers out to our house for the same clog. No one could ever clear it. Then A plumber suggested to call Rays Sewer. there is a guy there that can probably clear the clog. Rays came out on a Wednesday and 2 men that could hit the clog. They said will need to send a guy that will hit the clog the next day. Well we was ready for the worse, which was tear up our slab. Then the lord sent us Dennis, When he came in he said If I cant hit it the slab will need to tore up for access and replace pipe. Dennis was a blessing because he saved us from tearing up the floor. I am so thankful. Thank you again Dennis!!!
