Crooks. Tried to charge me for 4x the usage in December to make up their average (I guess), my monthly use is 1-3k, they billed for 12. Requested a read and sure enough, they said "oh you only used 3" but somehow only half the overcharge came off the bill. This month they tried to sneak a restart charge on my bill, they said they put me on a list and then took me off so I owe them 25 bucks for that (payment was made on the date). There is no watchdog, no oversight, no recompense for the customer . They say it happened so you pay. They'll just arbitrarily throw things on your bill. To prove usage you must spend a lot of money on your own, but they will still tell you that you have "a toilet leak" and that you owe the money. Professional plumber check, no leak. They don't care, you owe what they say you owe. I have no dishwasher, no clothes washer, a 35 gallon water heater and I live alone. nothing else uses water and i shower quickly. Doing the math i estimate my usage to be around 1250k/month. They say it's 3k. Even if I go out of town all month for work, I somehow managed to use 3k. There should be a competitor, but you're at the mercy of the government. Plus my water smells like a swimming pool.

I would have to agree with the other one star reviews that that is too high of a rating. It's true they will come and turn your water off without warning. I have been a little behind on my water bill and not only did they come and shut the water off (last Thursday), they also took out the water meter so that I could not even try and turn it back myself. I then proceeded to call them and tell them my situation and the lady I talked to said that there was nothing she or anyone else could do because the bill in its entirety needed to be paid before they would restore my water. This was even after I tried to set up a payment plan and told her that I couldn't pay it all right now but gradually each week I could pay it down(no dice there either). This makes me really mad because I have been without water for over a week and I know like one of the others said here that can't be sanitary. Plus since water is a vital aspect to life, why are we being charged for let alone so much. They defiantly need to get better employees who know a thing about customer service, because everyone I have ever talked to has been short and rude.

Seems I have a leak, their system doesn't care which seems odd that 1-2 suddenly goes to 16+ over night and keeps climbing and they didn't notice (I'm set up on autopay avg monthly but guess I have to start double checking that). Had them come out to check for a leak and they don't even bother to call you back? Really. they are content for just letting a leak that's getting worse run rampant. Guess when you have no competition and it's that or no water they can do whatever they feel.

ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! If you call to ask questions about ANYTHING they either give you an attitude or tell you that you’re lying. SO SICK OF THIS. WORST SERVICE IVE EVER GOTTEN. I’ve had mcdonald’s employees be nicer to me!!!!!

Wish I can give a negative star, I had a water leak and note from field representative CS67 work number # 676209 on 1/29/2018 that it was on the city's side. And I still can't get it resolved on my water bill on 3-22-2018. The last time I called they didn't even want to take this work order #. This time Martha didn't even get my information she just said there hasn't been enough billing cycles, I have asked to speak to a supervisor and I'm on hold for now 18 mins. Guess the next step is to take off work and go to this Main St. address on the work order and refuse to leave until someone fixes my bill.
