I absolutely had the best experience with the representatives that came to my home. Shelby and Leon went above and beyond the normal service. Both deserve a raise! Because they were so helpful it actual helped take the sting out of the 2700.00 price tag! I will call roto rooter again and recommend them to friends and family!

Extremely pleased with service and professionalism. Technician was courteous and did a great job. He's an asset to Roto Rooter. Will definitely use services again if needed.

Pleasantly surprised. I was kept informed as to when plumber would arrive and his professionalism was evident throughout. He reviewed the problem, told me what he intended to do, how long it would take, and how much it would cost. What I thought would be an emergency and temporary repair is now permanent. I’ll definitely call them first whenever a plumber is needed in the future.

You have a fine young man (GREG) as your repesentative. Took care of the problem and was very personable in doing so. You were pricey but understand was the weekend.

Professional and speedy, explained everything to me as they were working and gave me lots of advice to ensure the plumbing in my older house stays in good shape. Terrific experience overall!
