Oklahoma City Department of Utilities

Absolutely terrible customer service. Granted, I am the one who forgot to pay my bill, but as soon as I did, I had to wait 3 days for my water to be turned back on, 3 days!! I have 2 children who need to take baths as well as myself and my wife. 3 days of them being lazy because their automated service is a joke. They have no problem cutting you off if you do not pay, but as soon as you do, they'll take their time turning it back on. It is bullshit! I am highly upset with you lazy individuals. Their customer service skills are up there with Cox Communications, terrible. I would give you a no star rating but in order to publish this I have to choose at least one. Once again, terrible all around. If I could rate you in the negative I would.

I moved into a new place. I called to get a second trash bin. They dropped it off, then charged me for a third bin. I called them about it, they said they would send someone out to confirm that I only have 2 bins. They then confirmed it, but refuse to refund me my money for their records being inaccurate.
