Cycling Concepts

Staff was very attentive to my needs and went above and beyond the level of service I would have expected. I been in the recreational cycling cult for 4 decades, and I rate Cycling Concepts Glastonbury among the best.

I usually don't write reviews but this place deserves one. Being a racer I like my bike to work as perfect as it can, and Concepts is the place that makes that happen. Service is very good and usually done very quickly, if not on the spot. Sondre, Mike, and the guys are all very knowledgeable and will be able to fix just about any problem you walk in with, Trust me.

I love this bike shop. I was planning a bike trip to France and needed to refresh my experience changing a flat tire. Keith spent time showing me exactly what to do, and he also made sure I could remove and reseat my pedals. Good thing because our second day out my friend got a flat. Fortunately I knew what to do so we were able to fix it and get back on our way. The staff is really helpful, and I never feel pressure to buy something I don't need. I recommend this shop to all of my friends
