The owner Paul is great! He helped me load my bike in the car. He took his time to make sure I got the right size bike, and that the seating position is correct. The shop is really nice, organized, and they have many choices.

Very clean and well organized, displays are full and there is a nice selection of products shown. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff.

Best local bike shop in the Farmington Valley! Paul and Josh are outstanding and very accommodating! Always willing to help. Josh knows his stuff and is by far one of the best bike mechanics around. Thanks for everything guys!

I will never ever shop anywhere else for a bike, nor go to anyone else for bike repairs. These guys are the best. Their motto? "Just be nice to people." And they are nice. So nice. Fixed my bike when I walked in the door. 2 bikes actually. Without an appointment, 45 minutes before closing, on a HOLIDAY WEEKEND. All with the "no worries" attitude they are known for. Their merchandise is of the highest quality, their knowledge of everything related to biking and bike equipment is tops. I cannot say enough - stop going wherever you go now and switch to RidgeLine bikes. Or, if you are new to the bike market, head over there for the beginning of what I know will be a great experience!

I called ahead to verify they had a specific product I was looking for. When I got there, they had it for me & it was a quick & easy visit! Helpful staff and a well organized store.
