I do most my own work on my bikes but use Benidorm for other items.  Great shop and super knowledgable guys that actually ride.

Best shop in CT.  World-class personal service.  Couldn't have safely ridden Ironman Lake Placid multiple times without their help!  Don't waste time elsewhere.

I ride 10,000 miles a year, and trust no one more than the incredible staff at Benidorm Bikes.  The mechanics, sales staff, and owners are some of the most remarkable people I've had the pleasure to meet.  They always go above and beyond my expectations whether servicing my bicycles or getting me geared up for winter, spring, summer and fall.  Absolutely fabulous!
