This guy is super rude. I asked him to take a ride on a used bike I was interested in for a ride in the parking lot and he was being hesitant saying that he didn’t want me to mess it up. Then he finally let me take a ride but came outside to watch me like if I was gonna drive off on it even though my car was right in the parking lot. After I was done he asked me if I wanted it. I asked him if he would go lower on the price and it seemed like I insulted him. Instead of just saying no he started being rude and a smart ass saying oh I want 150$ (originally he said 125$) so I was confused and asked I thought it was 125$ and he said well now I want 150$. I was honestly perplexed. Being rude and disrespectful for no reason. Just say no never time that’s all. I would’ve bought the bike foor what he asked for but since he was rude I didn’t. To think that I went there just because it’s closer to my house even though I had already looked at a bike at bikers edge in Torrington and the guy over there was super nice.

Friendly and honest owner. We thought we needed more replaced than we did and he was honest with us even though he could have made more money by saying we needed to fix other things. Nice and personable guy

Absolutely amazing shop. The owner is very friendly and will always lend advice and steer you in the right direction. Whether you buy from him or not.

I went here to get a new inner tube and tire for my bike. The man in the shop was friendly, funny, and fixed my wheel in just a couple of minutes! I'll definitely come back again when I need it!
