I recently bought my first triathlon bike from Bethel Cycle Works and did my bike fit with Jason, who is the shop owner and bike fit extraordinaire. I couldn’t have been happier with the process! I live in Brooklyn, so it’s not exactly a "local" bike shop for me, but Jason has been extremely accommodating, driving me (and my bike) to/from a nearby train station, making the trip easier for me. And it’s absolutely worth the trip! Jason is highly knowledgeable with regards to bio-mechanics, and has a ton of experience with bike fitting. He explained his rational for each adjustment he made to the bike, and he listened carefully to my feedback. I'm feeling really good on the bike thanks to the excellent fit, and now I can't wait for my first race this year!
I'm so happy I discovered Bethel Cycle Works. It is a very friendly bike shop that provides honest and quality service!

Bought my first bike here. I had an amazing experience with the fitting and with all the knowledge that Jason possesses. You can ask about anything and he has an answer. Great atmosphere, great vibes. You feel welcomed as soon as you go in. I have no complaints!

Jason is a truly excellent bike fitter. My fitting session and the end product were clearly the best of my six or seven fits over the years. Bethel Cycle Works also has a great mix of bike brands and products, including a Giant frame which matched my fit numbers.

I'm so happy to have found Bethel Cycle!! When something broke on my bike I was so bummed, because I really didn't want to go back to the place in Ridgefield I'd been before (they were rude & condescending). But the guys at Bethel Cycle were so friendly, helpful & fair. I'd recommend it, without hesitation, to anyone!

First of all, take this coming from a person who admits... I often buy my parts from amazon and do things myself. However, I needed a set of brake pads for my mountain bike and was the shop was on my way. I stopped by, and boy... what a shop, I was immediately greeted by laughter and jokes as the shop owner was cleaning the floor as I foolishly walked in with dirty shoes. After my share of staring at all the beautiful bicycles, David Cooper and I got to talking, David was extremelyyyy helpful, understanding and went above and beyond in helping me, even throwing in a free return spring (he's the kind of mechanic who keeps those odd little parts that everyone looses) and a free beer ;). Ended up chatting with the guys for a half an hour and walked away with an education, a smile and exactly what I needed.
