Above and beyond, this place has the best customer service. Tim Primo helped me today, and I couldn't be happier. After buying my ski boots from another local ski shop, Tim helped me get them to fit so I could actually enjoy wearing them. He took his time and really optimized them, and took apart another boot to fix mine. He spent so long working on my boots, and only charged me a nominal fee. He was kind and patient. Upstairs is the rental center, and TONS of great deals on high quality merchandise. I am so happy I went today. Thanks Outdoor Sports.

Nice bike shop with a very pretentious atmosphere. The staff seem unwilling to answer questions or discuss technical aspects of the products unless it is clear they will make a sale. I walked in with a technical question about a mountain bike and felt as if I was inconveniencing them with a simple question, to which they basically told me to go away and ask someone else. I found them to be unprofessional and rude. If you want to buy nice stuff at MSRP, and know exactly what you are buying, you'll be fine. But if you expect friendly staff to answer your questions fully without the obligation to buy, avoid this place.

Has everything sports but if you are buying expect to pay. Great prices on rentals.
