Sherpa

The Sherpa team helped me train for my heli-ski trip. They customized my workouts, tested me each month and made me stronger than I have been in the past. Heli-skiing was a blast and this year was my strongest yet! Thanks Jean, Matt, Greg and Nick!!

Love coming here and doing my daily needs of working out. The staff member Jordan is very helpful and also provides daily facts how to keep your body active and healthy.

I couldn't be more pleased with Sherpa. Everyone at Sherpa is so incredibly professional and ultra accommodating. From establishing goals to helping you figure out what is best for you, they are passionately involved. Brett makes you feel comfortable the first time you walk in and committed to determining the best action plan for you. Cycling director Lucas is amazing with his knowledge of the bike and what works best for you as an individual. His repair service is as top quality, professional & efficient as it can possibly be. As a cyclist, Sherpa is where you want to be.

I have been working out with the Sherpa team for over a year now and I have noticeably improved my fitness and race results during that time frame. I could always train well on my own (or so I thought), but the Sherpa guys (Jean, Luke and Brett) help to provide a structure focused on my goals and that little bit of extra motivation to push yourself beyond your comfort level to the point where you start to see real improvement. They also establish a good camaraderie during group workouts which makes long workouts that much more interesting and fun. I highly recommend Sherpa Fit.

Sherpa is the most motivating fitness facilities I have trained at! Jean is always encouraging you to accomplish your goals and challenge yourself! As a cyclist, it is the place to be! They have a fantastic indoor training facility for the cold winters and rainy days. Lucas, the cycling director, has worked closely with me with coaching and training. He has lead me to achieve goals I did not know were possible and helping me become competitive in elite races. I couldn't be more thankful for Lucas and Jeans guidance.
