Danny's Cycles Darien

I bought my bike a few years ago at Danny's in Stamford and have been very happy with it. But the best thing ever is the service and friendliness of the staff. I brought my bike in without an appointment and they let me know there was a 2 week wait for appointments! But Eddie said, hold on, let me take a quick look and see if its something I can do quickly. 15 minutes later I walked out with problem solved and an incredibly happy customer for life!

Went over to Dannys in Stamford for a bike fit and honestly the best costumer service I've ever had getting to know all the measurements and requirements for a better cycling experience. Ed is a true professional who takes pride in his work, very patient, super knowledgeable honestly a super experience If you are racing or just recreationaly riding This shop won't disappoint you,,, 5 Stars all day long Thank you Dannys Stamford

Danny's Cycles was great! A bought a helmet there and the staff couldn't be more courteous regarding my million questions if whether or not the helmet was the correct size. Will plan to return there in the future for more bike accessories.

It's a great joy for me to give an individual or entity a positive review. This is the second bike I have purchased from Danny's cycles in Stamford CT. Brian, the store manager was kind enough to deliver the bike to my home, free of charge. The staff is very helpful and considerate and make sure you are purchasing the right bike for your needs. With the second purchase, through no fault of their own, I became unhappy with its ride, and Brian without hesitation exchanged it for another one that I am 100% satisfied with. On top of it all they provide LIFETIME tuneups for life, free of charge. I'm very greatful to Brian and his staff and would not hesitate to recommend them.

I am very, very surprised to hear abt the negative review above. I have brought my bikes several times to the guys at Danny's and I find them capable, friendly and fair. In particular, Frank is a super-nice person and a great mechanic - he loves bikes and he cares for yours to be in tip-top form. I have 2 very expensive bikes and I have been extremely happy with their service. I am bringing it back today for a spoke repair (a branch was caught in the wheel) and I'll hopefully be able to reconfirm their level of service back again in this instance.
