Pedego Electric Bikes SoNo

Mike and Jen run an outstanding bike shop. They specialize in the excellent Pedego electric bikes. We love the two Pedego's we bought from Mike. These bikes encourage weekend riders to take longer rides with more varied terrain than you would without a backup boost to get home! Mike is attentive, enthusiastic, and so warm, willing to deal with any kind of issue you have with your bike.

This was SO much fun!!! Bikes were amazing, cruised all around the SoNo for two hours. Mike and jen were super helpful with where to go for a fun and scenic ride.

If your bike needs serious mechanical work, this is the right place. Mike did a great job rebuilding my 10 year old Xootr Swift folding bike. After 25,000 miles, the bottom bracket bearings were trashed, so the pedals wobbled eccentrically. Mike found the right bottom bracket set, and also: changed out my damaged fenders to better ones by Tern, set me up with a new Prologic seat post with an integrated pump, got me a better Pedego seat that weighed 500g less than my old one, shimmed out the chain guard so that it would no longer rub the chain, made the brakes work truly like new, replaced my derailleur and shifter, and installed a new stem to get the handlebars farther away from the seat. The bike fits much better than before, and rides great! I've previously replaced every part on this bike except the frame and bottom bracket, but this is the first time that the bike feels awesome.

You HAVE to do this!!! What a blast! Mike the owner is one of the most friendly and inviting business owners I've ever come across. He has a true passion that comes through from the phone call to his shop. The bikes go up to 20 MPH with a throttle control and or peddle assist. Mike took the time and suggested a great scenic route that went down towards the beaches and beautiful side streets and long Island sound. We went out for a couple hours and must have covered an easy 10 miles. Highly recommended. I want one of these bikes!!

Mike stands 100% behind his shop and product. When my latest-model Pedego developed some teething troubles, he didn't rest until the bike was perfect again.
