Lou Kozar and his crew have always given me exceptional service at the New Canaan Bicycles shop. From helping me find a bike to replacing a tire, he is always there to provide his customer's his best service. Just today for example, on my limited lunch hour, I went in and he replaced a rim that was damaged. I did not have to wait long and was impressed that he could take care of it that quickly. Finally, I use the shop for my annual tune up too. Lou, can even home deliver your bike after the tune up. In short, I recommend this place highly and know you will be happy with your service there too!

Austin, my bike tech, was amazing! I came in for a serious brake issue with my mountain bike and he helped me get a new set of brakes at a great price. They also sourced some new handlebars for me and installed them for free.

I highly recommend this shop. I had been bike shopping all summer and felt really good about developing a relationship at New Canaan Bicycles. These guys are very knowledgeable, super friendly and helpful. If you are picking out a new bike, they will be very patient and help you determine the best bike that will fit your needs while explaining all of the components and options along the way. They are passionate about what they do and enjoy getting to know their customers. They will even help you find new places to ride!
