I recently stopped by to order a pair of quality tires for my road bike. But, there was no need to order them as they were in stock. Dan took the time to discuss my riding habits to ensure that I would be happy with my choice. What followed was a very thoughtful discussion of the tires I had chosen. Dan provided very detailed explanations of the features of the tires I had selected. There was no up-selling involved. The tires were installed quickly while I had lunch...one very happy customer!!!

Can’t say enough about the positive experience I had @ Class Cycles with the recent purchase of my new Cannondale Synapse! The owner Greg and his professional sales team make you feel welcome from the minute you enter through the shop’s doors. On a Saturday afternoon in December, I went to CC looking to purchase a bike. It’s been 25 yrs since I bought my last one so obviously lots of things have changed since then, fortunately for me Dan was working that day to help me sort through all the modifications. After listening to my goals, Dan took his time to explain the difference between the various models & then allowed me the opportunity to test drive each option until we both felt that the Synapse was the right choice for me. During the process, Dan’s knowledge & patience stood out the entire time and when I told him I had some more saving to do & walked out w/o a purchase, there was absolutely no change in his demeanor and he was as cordial to me when I left as when I first met him 2 hours earlier. Over the course of the next 4 months, I had visited other local area bike shops to see what their inventory had to offer but on these occasions, their sales approach never came close to matching the level of customer service that I experienced during that Saturday in December. Fast forward to April with the necessary funds in hand, it was time to pull the trigger so I went back to see Dan and now couldn’t happier with my decision. This brings me to the next team member I had the pleasure of meeting, Andrea Myers. Andrea is a board certified physical therapist & former professional cyclist who also does the Bike Fits @ CC. If you are in the market for a new bike, I would highly recommend that you make an appointment with Andrea. The $300 I spent for this procedure is honestly one of the smartest investments I’ve ever made. One session with Andrea proves the necessity of a proper fitting bike! From her initial measurements up through her final alignments, it was evident that Andrea has one goal in mind- that regardless of the time it takes her, she's committed to sending you home with a bike that not only properly fits you you but will also provide you with years of comfort & enjoyment! Congratulations Greg for putting together such a fabulous team, I’m looking forward to participating in your various weekly organized rides and workshops that you'll be sponsoring this summer Class Cycles is 1st Class all the way!

Not a hard core biker, had an older hybrid bike I wanted serviced. The invoice matched the detailed estimate I had been given and I was thrilled by the quality of the work. The bike has basically been restored and is now immaculate. Whisper quiet and functioning great.Very happy, I will be back to this shop.

Best bike shop I've been to. Greg and his staff are super knowledgeable, friendly and just great people. They have a wide variety of products with a range of prices to fit most budgets. If you are looking for a bike, a bike community or anything bike related, go here.
