The staff were completely snooty and very uppity. Also they where unable to give me an exact date of when the tune-up on my bike would be done. At first the said it would be 3 days over the phone then when I got there the guy working the counter said; "It will be 7 days, or maybe 10, or less." So ridiculous!

Honest work from an honest crew. You can always be sure to get the right answers, not the ones that make them the most money. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else

This is a great shop. Dillon is a fantastic guy. You will always get a straight answer from him and quality work. He won't sell you anything he would not ride himself. If you are looking for good deals on both ends road stuff he will help you out. It is a bike rider's shop and many people hang out there because it is just a great shop. Rumor has it the ol' bring a six pack and get a discount still works here.

Never did business before with Cheshire Cycle and it was a great experience. I had some knowledge of what I wanted in an entry level mountain bike. Dylan showed me exactly what I wanted, but also showed me a bike with several upgrades for slightly more. I did some research, ordered the bike and was riding in two days. Unlimited tune-ups, great bonus. I would recommend highly.

This is a great place, all of the guys are super friendly, really knowledgeable and the services and products are always very reasonably priced. We have been coming here for 5 years to get our road bikes serviced and I've also had an awesome bike fitting which made me so much more comfortable on the bike - worth every penny. My teenage children spent some time in the shop doing a high school business project and the owner and other staff could not have been more helpful. If you get chance, go on one of the Thursday evening rides from the shop, there are generally at least 2 if not 3 differently paced groups and everyone is great fun and very supportive if you're a new or inexperienced rider. I would give it 4 out of 3 if I could!
