Zane's Cycles

It's pretty obvious why these folks have been in business forever. .......Customer Satisfaction! They do everything in their power to make sure the customer is beyond satisfied. They don't care if they sell you a pair of socks or a $5000+ bike. The level of attention to detail and satisfaction is the same. Thanks, Greg, Tom and MJ.

The shop is fine, big place and easy to get lost in. However, most troubling is to learn about how poorly some of the employees are treated at Zane's Cycles. Since voting to improve their working conditions through a union, a number of employees were fired in what appears to be retaliation. This practice seems to continue, recently firing with no cause an employee who had worked there for over 15 years (but had pushed for safer work conditions). Not something I want to actively support! I hope Zane's does what's right and improves in this regard. Until then, I'm happy to support the many bike shops in New Haven, like Devil's Gear, who are better corporate citizens.

Wonderful experience buying my son's bike today. Our salesperson was very nice and knew the products well. He made sure we were comfortable with the bike we chose and understood all the warranty and service information. Large selection of bikes to choose from.

Walked in, it was busy, Eric assisted me almost immediately. I needed a part for my Bontrager, charger. Had the part, showed me how to properly use it. Highly recommend this business. Purchased 2 bikes from here, great quality, great staff.
