Pedal Power in Essex is a welcoming, well staffed store. Upon entering, the staff said hello and offered to help if needed without pressure. After browsing, our questions were answered by Kendra, Pete, Todd and Todd. We were buying a new bike for my 12 year old son and they were so kind and talked with him about what kind of bike he wanted/needed, then took the time to let him try a few different styles. I would highly recommend Pedal Power in Essex, the store is small but well stocked, and the staff is informative and friendly to people of all ages.

Great place to be a part of. The wed night rides are fun and the ends of the rides are rewarding too! The technical help is all ways helpfull and friendly with all the accessories you need. See you there🚲👍
