Action Sports Bicycle Center

I love mom and pop sports shops. I stopped in here just to buy some snowboard wax and I end up staying for about an hour and trying on some snowboard boots. Nick a sales reo) was extremely helpful it was so nice to talk to someone who's a snowboarder like myself. At first I started talking to him about the new kind of equipment and then I found myself trying on a pair of boots and I was just so impressed how he was able to spend the entire time that I was in the store with me and not even get distracted nor did his boss come over. long story short if you want personalized customer customer service then this is your shop. The prices are very reasonable and before I spend money at a big-box store I will support a small business any day all day. This is a well-established Sport Shop and they have been there for over 30 years. Stop in and im sure you will not be disappointed.

Excellent courteous staff and knowledgeable. They set me up with a new snowboard package and had me on my way in no time. Great job!!!

Dave was a great help in assisting me in buying my bike. His customer service and overall store customer service was excellent. Like the extended life time service guarantee.
