Made the purchase of a new road bike after my first ever visit. Well worth it. They even threw in a few extra things . They even let me do a test ride around the block. They taught me about the different features about the bike and even adjusted the seat for me. The cherry on top was when they put the bike in my car for me. Their service was on point.

My wife and I didn't really know what we were looking for, and just stopped in to browse. The sales man immediately came and asked us what we were looking for and gave us our options. We were still on the fence and not sure about the commitment and he said that we should test drive the bikes. When test driving, we were very picky and had a lot of things we were looking for with the bikes and he adjusted each bike every time and then had us back out to test ride again. All in all, he must have spent at least an hour with us. And by the time we were done that day, we were almost 100 percent positive that those are the bikes we wanted. When we came back the next day, he did everything in his power to make sure we were completely satisfied. Including teaching us how to hook the bike rack up to the car and the bikes to the rack correctly. On top of all that, they offer an amazing maintenance plan for the bikes. We are very happy.

Always fix up my bike quickly and for a decent price no matter how many times I break it. I've never had a problem with them and trust them with my bike
