We had an emergency with our grinder/septic and John, Justin, Josh and Chris treated it as an emergency, were very knowledgeable, explained everything as they worked through it all, and got us up and running timely. They also were very nice guys. This is who we would call again should the need arise. Thanks guys!

Yesterday I scheduled an appointment to replace my water heater. The scheduler said they would come between 9 and 2 today. This morning Jason called to say they were coming at 8:15. They were done by 10:15! And that was including 45 minutes of taking my old water heater and returning with the new water heater. Amazing to get this kind of quick and quality service these days! Justin and Jason were great. Knew what they were doing. I had priced a water heater and installation at Lowes. With Dauenhauer, I got as good (maybe better) price on a much better water heater. Definitely a much better value than Lowes.

Would have given 5 if there wasn’t an initial job that I felt taken advantage of ... poorly chosen employee... however the work I just had done my water heater ... was bursting water ... new water heater .. so what would be wrong ... worker used old pipe is what I was told ... anyway this happened at midnight ... shut water off and called them ... they showed UP and fixed it right quick! It’s a shame they trusted someone that wasn’t worthy ... but for me ... they came in the middle of the night fixed their problem and because of that ... I’ll be calling them next year to replumb my historic home 🏠

I can't say enough GREAT things about this company! We had just moved into our new home, only to experience water backing up in the sink and dishwasher. We tried everything we could to fix the problem to no avail. We called Dauenhauer Plumbing, as it was 24 hours, and they scheduled a service for the next evening. They accommodated our schedules through the day and arrived right on time, as scheduled. John arrived and he was just amazing! He was beyond respectful of us and our home. He was very friendly, extremely professional and the work was done 15-20 minutes later. The price was a pleasant surprise, if you can believe that. I am forever a customer and John is our permanent plumbing professional from here on out!! We couldn't be more pleased!! THANK YOU DAUENHAUER PLUMBING AND JOHN!!!

Our main sewer line to the street was totally busted and needed replacing (found out on Thanksgiving, naturally). After getting an outrageous first quote from another company, I called Dauenhauer for a bid/estimate. They came in at less than half the price of that first company. Professional and courteous, they got the job done quickly and passed city and state inspection. When the city required them to take up the sidewalk, which wasn't included in quote (they were hoping to sleeve that part to the street connection), they did not raise the price on me and have told me that they'll be back sometime after Xmas to replace the sidewalk concrete that had to be pulled up. Amazing service and pricing. I will be using this company again and recommending them to everyone.
