I have worked with them twice now for different things, and everyone is always extremely friendly, extremely efficient, and they continually keep me updated on what they are doing. I never feel like I’m being taken advantage of, and I know the quality of work is always high.

A utility company was digging in our yard and smashed the water main, ripping it out of our house. Mr. Rooter had someone over a few hours later to evaluate the problem. The next morning, Matt Dopal was here to fully examine in greater detail and made sure the contractors didn't try to attempt a low quality outdoor repair. The next day, Cole Johnson was the installer who got everything hooked back up and our water restored. He did a great job and explained everything so we have peace of mind that this will be a lasting, safe solution. Thank you Mr. Rooter team!

Very pleased with the service. My plumber went the extra mile, and was even willing to come back the next day ( his day off), if needed. Very impressed .

Great job! Replaced shower and sink plumbing when our dyi remodel project became a dyi headache. We had a plumber, Allen Fitzpatrick, at our house within 30 minutes of our call. It was well worth the expense to have our needs handled quickly and professionally! Allen was very courteous and knowledgeable. Would recommend Mr. Rooter and Allen Fitzpatrick for any plumbing needs.
