Absolutely terrible. Tech came out and was unable to fix (didnt have parts needed). He was scheduled to come BACK out next day and had an emergency (not his fault and cannot blame him for circumstances). Rather than the company calling and letting me know or sending someone else out, they did nothing and my hot water heater is still broken. Apparently he is the only tech that works here since they didn't send anyone else out. Do not give this place your business. Edit: 2 days later we had a different company come out to find that my gas had actually not been turned on. Fair enough except that the tech said it was a bad gas control valve (this is the part he didnt have.) If someone had come back, which they never did, i would have been charged for unnecessary parts and labor. Either a shady tactic or lack of troubleshooting skills.

Fixed the problem but I could have bought a new commode for what I paid him. Had another guy with him to and I did not really understand that. This company charges 126 dollars just to come out. He worked fast and no wonder. I did not have time to even think so after Ken left I thought just 30 dollars more I could have bought, like I said a new commode. If he had been about the customer I believe he would have ask me if I wanted to buy a new commode because the time I paid him I could just about buy a brand new commode!!

Shady business practices. Gave us a rate for a snaking and once said service was done a second plumber from this company suddenly showed up and they charged us for two plumbers. When we called to ask why they just told me they didn't care since they got our money. We have an older plumbing system which requires a plumber throughout and we know now to never use this crooked company again.

Outrageous prices,and horrible service, you can go on Craigslist and find better plumbers alot cheaper.
