Would give it a zero if I could. Went to ER no one was behind desk. Doctor wrote a prescription he wasn’t allowed to write so couldnt get the meds I needed. Called back and was told to get drunk to pass a stone. Never saw a doctor but when it was time to pay the bill the wouldn’t even discuss the issues I had was just told I owed and to pay. In truth I would rather have another stone then go back to this hospital. I don’t mind paying what I owe but this place takes the cake when it comes to care. In it for the money only. This is the kind of place you need to see a real doctor after you leave this screwed up place...

Young lady in ER name Kiara registering patient rude as all get out... ask about the wait time she said there isn't a wait time... people been here hours at a time from the time I walk in... been here for hours.... no wait time, and these people been here forever. Kiara the "ER Tech" needs a customer service class.

This is a 0 star hospital. Came in on our way home from vacation. Severe side stomach and on down pain, pain I’ve never felt before. Then two more attacks while I was there ( think it was kidney stones). Never had anything for pain. Every person there was very rude and uncaring! The hospital was very dirty and nasty. Wasn’t even soap in waiting room bathroom dispenser. My discharge papers were for back pain and that wasn’t even the reason I was there. Heard the Dr say “well I’ll manifest something”. Don’t know which patients he was talking about or what that meant, but didn’t sound like something a doctor should be saying. If you can, drive on, wouldn’t recommend stopping here.

"Lives Saved Daily-Since 1953!" As the largest employer (1100) in Washington County- it would certainly not be good for the health of this community without this facility. Sure people are going to complain about their hometown hospital. 99% of the time it is because they didn't get what they wanted in the time frame they deemed in their own mind as reasonable. No one ever considers that labs, x-rays and other test take time (evidence based science and practices that are the same across the nation). Ask yourself next time you have chest pain and can't breath-are you really going to drive to another place just because it may look a little better or someone may upset you? I'm going to keep my tail right here -because I know these folks, its functionality and the countless lives they save on a regular basis. Delta Regional and their staff have always been there for my family.
