Deluxe Taxicab Service

These guys are awesome! I got to Vegas and after being dropped off I paid for my ride with Apple Pay on my phone. I forgot I had taken my wallet out and set it on my lap. When I got out of the car my wallet fell on the cab floor and I didn’t notice. After checking into the hotel I noticed my wallet was gone. I immediately called my credit card company and they saw that I purchased the cab through deluxe and connected me to their company. They answered right away and immediately went to work dispatching their drivers and researching which cab it would have been in based on what cc I used. They found it, and had the driver return it and all my cash and belongings were there! I left the driver a fat tip on top of everything and thanked them all profusely. Very cool and good people there! Thank you!!!

Honest company that does not pressure their drivers to steal from their customers, refreshing I've worked for others where it was only about $$$. Great staff.

I booked my ride 4 hours ahead and the taxi didn't show up ,no coutesy call or anything.it was my first night back working night shift. Stay away if possible.heard similar stories.it happened on Sunday May 6

I've been a Deluxe customer for more than a decade. They are always prompt, usually early, for airport transportation. For me and my husband, Deluxe is our "go to" company for clean, well maintained cabs and friendly, courteous drivers!

Extremely expensive compared to Lyft and Uber (literally more than double the price). When using a credit card it states what you'll be charged, then when it starts charging you it goes up by $3 for a "fee". Inside of the cabs was quite dirty. You'd think with Ridesharing cabs would up their game, not this one.
