My wife and I moved to the Huntsville/Madison County area on extremely short notice right after the Christmas holiday season. We had a very short timeframe to find a rental house, and luckily the home we found ended up being one that was managed by Carolyn Dietrich/Dietrich Rentals. We stayed in this house for 18 months until we were ready to purchase our own house, and during that time the service from Dietrich rentals was nothing short of excellent. Any time we reported a maintenance issue, we had a phone call within the hour from either Dietrich Rentals or a service company asking when they could come fix the issue. This includes an air conditioning unit that decided to stop working at 10 pm on a Saturday night in the middle of the Alabama Summer. Quick response is an understatement. In our experience, sometimes even the best property management companies really show their true colors when it comes time to leave a rental. Thankfully, Dietrich Rentals was nothing like this when we moved out. They were completely transparent about property condition throughout our stay at the rental house and recouping our deposit after we moved out was extremely easy. This alone puts Dietrich Rentals above any property management company that I have ever personally dealt with. I would absolutely recommend Dietrich Rentals/Carolyn Dietrich to anyone in the Huntsville area.

Carolyn is awesome. She was the agent on a rental property I owned for several years and she did a great job with that. Her team was always responsive, they were good about taking care of repairs, and my payments were always received on time. Also, I recently sold the rental property and I used Carolyn as the agent. She did a great job on that as well. She went above and beyond and took care of any repairs or maintenance that needed to be done while the house was vacant. She also staged the house, which was very helpful. I didn't live in the same state as the house, so It would of been very difficult for me to sell the house without someone like her helping. I would highly recommend her as both a rental agent and a selling agent.

Our experience with Carolyn was fantastic! With 3 kids and one on the way, needing to stay in the same school district, and several other specifics, Carolyn was great at finding houses that met all of our needs. She was very patient with my extremely sick, pregnant wife, and when we found "THE" house, she did everything in her power to help us get this house.

Based on my experience with different apartments and rental properties, Dietrich Rentals is the best, hands down. Whenever a maintenance issue occurs they are prompt in fixing it. They send professionals out to service the property as often as needed. Carolyn and her husband have both visited during my time at the property to ensure things were fixed properly after maintenance had did their job. Their prices are great, and they are flexible with lease terms if a tenant needs the property for a longer or shorter period of time than the standard one-year lease agreement.
