RCPM has been managing multiple properties for us for over a year and we have been more than pleased. Our rental homes stay rented at 98-100% occupancy with credit worthy tenants and low turnover. They are quick to respond to questions and readily available to handle any issues that may arise. Highly recommend them for property management.

The staff at RCPM is so helpful! From the front desk person to the maintenance team, they are so helpful and go out of their way to help. My portfolio manager always seems concerned about my property. I recommend them highly.

We've been working with Julie and RCPM for home purchases and property management. We've had nothing but great experiences. Our core belief when it comes to our rentals is to treat tenants our as we'd treat a family member (and we do have family members as tenants). Julie has been key to running our business efficiently, reliably and within the framework of our values. Her communication is on point and for as busy a person as she is, she takes the time to make us feel important to the RCPM family.

RCPM is a fantastic company to do business with when it comes to rental properties! I rented with them for a little over a year, and they were always very attentive to any concern I had. Julie, the leasing agent, was great to work with throughout the entire process! I highly recommend to anyone!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT COMPANY. THEY DON'T ACCEPT RENT PAYMENTS UNLESS A 3% CHARGE IS ADDED WHICH MEANS YOUR SPENDING MORE MONEY THAN EXPECTED.
THEY LIE, CHEAT, AND STEAL FROM TENANTS. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT COMPANY.
Rocket City Property Management should not be allowed to serve the public in a rental management capacity. Rocket City will show interest in you and possibly might speak with you on the phone but once they have your money and signed contract, they will no longer treat you as a customer but merely people who owe them money. My family just retired from the US Army and moved to the Huntsville area for a job and to make this out forever home. We researched online and the home we are renting looked decent and nice. As military, I prefer not to arrive and force my family to live out of a suitcase so we agreed to accept this rental home without first ever looking at it. During the search we did not this rental home was on the market since January and wonder why such a beautiful home didn't get taken fast.
To our surprise when we moved in it was a horrible site. Remember this home was available for rent since Jan 2018 and here is why. Upon arrival the yard was overgrown and needed a lot of care. Neither garage doors were operational and no garage door openers upon move in. We found termites active and building inside the garage. Upon entering the home and conducting a visual inspection, this home was infested with cobwebs in every window, human feces (poop) left in the downstairs toilet, broken window, FILTHY kitchen (refrigerator, stove, and microwave) was never cleaned upon the last renters leaving. I took over 500+ photos of how the condition of this home is upon renting and to this day, we are still wondering when the home owner or rocket city rental management will fix the numerous work orders inputted for this home. Each day we are having to put work orders in only to be categorized and forgotten.
If you want a crappy home and a rental property management company to rent or be your rental manager, I would highly recommend this company but if you are an American citizen who expects proper treatment when you rent a home, I would not go with this company. I am more than happy to provided any the 500+ pictures of how the condition of this home was in even after two months sitting vacant. At least they could have flushed the toilet but this management office doesn't perform inspections or onsite showings. Oh we still have live termites around the home because the homeowner only paid to treat the garage and not the rest of this home. Yes I am documenting everything in case law suite is in order.
