My wife is here, this place is a wonderful place to be for rehab, she is being treated very well. She made a lot of progress, we are going to go home in the near future. Thank God for this place, it's truly a blessing for her and me.
Thank you staff keep it up. Thanks God Amen.

I have been in 3 rehabs this past year with my client. This one is far and away the best. The workers here go about there day with care ❤ love 💘 and dedication. Here on the first floor there is a pair of special and educational leaders in there profession who take charge and administrate hands on with residents daily. Their names are Monica and Joel.

The nursing staff are friendly and helpful. The building is kept clean and organized. I am pleased with the service I received and would happily return to Ditmas Park in the future for more physical therapy.

My grandmother was here for two months after being discharged from the hospital and being diagnosed with stage 5 Parkinson’s and debilitating health. They are generally short staffed which isn’t uncommon for places like this, but all in all the staff did the best they could with what they had.
I noticed they were using notebooks instead of computers which was extremely strange and made me feel as if I was transported back in time to one of those deathly nursing homes you see in movies, the lighting is also a bit dim and depressing. The food is, well, hospital food, pretty bland for my south Asian grandmother.
To be honest, the nurses and aides were great but the owners pocket all the money and don’t provide adequate staffing or supplies thus making the workers more stressed and more likely to be “annoyed” by patients at time. I kind of feel bad for the workers, it felt like indentured servitude or slave labor to me. They all looked scared and worn out...
The owners of these places need to fund staffing and equipment more generously and stop lining their pockets with our insurance money.
My advice....if you want good rehabilitaiton care, send your loved one to a non profit facility or hospital affiliated one.
