Divano's Pizzeria

I ordered online using my phone. I was told when I got there that I could only pay in cash because I ordered online....what? Guy told me it says it on the website. I looked for said statement while I waited for my pizza which was not ready by promised time. I never found the statement. Get home and one of our pizzas tastes nasty...the pepperoni has an odd smell and taste to the point we can't eat it. The other pizza (ham and cheese) also has a strange flavor but it's edible. We tried this place because I was going to be on that side of town and could swing by to pick it up. It's too far to take back otherwise I would do just that. It will be a cold day in hell before I return. Do yourself a favor and try anywhere else before giving into temptation to try this place. It's not worth it!

Extremely disappointed in the level of service. After 2 years of living in this area and raving to everyone about their pizza we recently had issues and the manager seemed very put out and did not want to rectify the issues. Unlikely we will do business there again. He should consider finding a staff member to deal with customer relations as his customer service skills are lacking.

I do not recommend. In fact I am so dumbfounded by the amateur hour nature of this order that I am COMPELLED to leave a review. Bland. Cold. Boring. The Knots sat in a river of oil. The mozzarella sticks were cold and crumbly not hot and gooey as they should have been. I had the Chicken Parmigiana, it was flaccid and the breading was a moist paste that had more fluid than taste. The chicken was so overcooked that it had to be chewed as if it were jerky. The pasta that came with it was flavorless, devoid of salt or pepper or any noticeable herbs or spices, a sauce from a jar would have been 10X better. We tried to eat it, but ended up tossing it in the trash rather than trying to power through it. As for the order? I set my order pick up time for 70 minutes in the future from time of payment. They contacted me 20 minutes into order saying it was ready. This leads me to believe that it was a precooked or left over meal or along those lines. And really, How can you mess up cheese sticks? Really, how? jeez. Would he have dined in their place I would have sent the meal back and left after explaining, politely, my dissatisfaction. Look at my pics, the pasta dish was bland, even after adding my own spices I could not finish it. Look at the cheese sticks, see how drenched in oil they are? And how the cheese simply crumbles? I give this a two star, mainly because I've only been there once. I will not return.

Well the food is pretty good here...But the thing I don't understand is they say they will deliver lickity-split....But yet it takes a hour and 39 mins to bring a sub sandwich 2.3 miles. I mean if you are offering delivery service it shouldn't take that long.......Just saying.....order 12:39 and it's going to be here around 2:15....... ????????

I had an excellent anti pasta salad. The calazone was fantastic.
