Professionalism, promptness, reliability are just a few great things I have to say about Speedwaiter. I always feel like I get what I pay for with every order. All the drivers are very pleasant and seem to enjoy what they do. This delivery service seems to have great morale. Highly recommend and appreciate all that you do for this community.

As a customer, driver, and dispatcher I understand all sides of ordering delivery. Restaurants DO run out of items. Restaurants CAN be busy. Traffic CAN be horrible. As a customer, we know this, which is why we dont drive out ourselves. The dispatcher's job is to make sure orders are placed at appropriate times so food is still hot when delivered. The struggle of being a driver is real! There have been times when I have sat at a restaurant for OVER AN HOUR waiting on an order. But we do our best to keep customers informed about what is going on. As a customer, it is our responsibility to make sure the phone number we provide works so the drivers can reach us. And also we need to understand that there are only a limited amount of drivers and on busy nights it will take some time to get our food. SpeedWaiter is a GREAT delivery service to order from and its been wonderful working here.

Yesterday I ordered food and it was delivered. However it was under my account that I ordered. It was a group purchase. I selected to pay cash because of the group. I paid cash for mines and the young lady whom ordered with me decided to return hers. They still charged my card. I called the very next day knowing that it was charge on my card, I paid cash !!!! The owner name Kenneth said he hate dealing with black people because of me calling about a charge on my card... I was not rude to the guy. Just wanted to know why do they save your credit card information... he could not give a reasonable explanation to why but say that the data they have is confidential. That's still not good because I didn't authorize my card to be charge/ or information saved..... Having to close my accounts because of the foolery with this company!!!!

The service is convenient and fast, however, the available restaurants falls behind to fay to go. Speed waiter however has no hidden fees, and are very friendly. Besides the lack of some of my favorite places, the only other thing that is stopping me from giving it 5 stars is the drivers never remember the drinks, so I have to remind them each time. Very good customer service however, and it even has GPS tracking after your order is picked up.

This was our first time ordering from Speed Waiter; our delivery person Thomas, was very friendly and nice. The food was still hot. We will most definitely use this service again.
