TakeHome Restaurant Delivery

I worked for this company for about 5 days. The pay structure leaves delivery drivers to survive fully on the kidness of strangers. There is no hourly wage and drivers are paid part of the delivery fee and tips only while I was scheduled into 6 hour shifts which I was expected to be committed to. There where several shifts where I had 1 delivery meaning I made around $8 in 6 hours which I couldnt really commit to anything else that might make me money. First check I recieved was about half what I was owed totalling around $36 for 5 days. After calling emails and text messages I recieved the $30 dollars a couple months later.

I have had a good experience with this delivery service. I loved that I could actually speak with a person when ordering my food. The lady i spoke with was very friendly. Also appreciated the constant updates of the status of my food. Food was hot when i got it and the guy who delivered the food was nice.

Stay away! Two hours late, blamed it on the resturant. We called the resturant which was Lewans, and they confirmed nothing was wrong with the order the driver just showed up late. We talked to the manager and he was rude a didn’t care! We will never use this service again.
