I am very pleased with this service. I love that you can choose from a huge variety of local, organic, or conventional produce from all over the state, so you don't get into a sweet potato and collards rut. When I've had questions, I've been able to call and get some help right away. I also love that there is no waste. The veggies come unbagged and the box is reusable. I don't wind up with a was of plastic bags and of course the produce is super fresh.

I had an issue with some produce being misrepresented. It was very quickly addressed, and I will leave it at that. The company quickly addressed my concerns and refunded the money for the produce. I will update this response with the quality of the next few packages, however, I do want to stress that their customer service is one of the best I've encountered, and they take good pride in their products and made it clear they plan to not only address this issue, but make sure it does not happen in the future.
