Firehouse Subs

Went here because we'd read somewhere that kids eat free on Wednesdays. When we arrived, we saw a sign on the door confirming this. However, we were told, completely unapologetically, that the place "has a new owner" and that the deal no longer applied. When I asked about the sign on the door, I got a shrug. We ordered some food anyway. My sandwich was OK, but we left pretty disappointed with the whole experience. I get that policies change--I have no beef with that. But the staff that day made us feel stupid for daring to assume that this establishment would be at all interested in our repeat business. We didn't even get a sorry for the confusion. We won't be back.

I had ordered a phone order which was not only taken down wrong but prepared wrong. When I called back in from work to note this and state I simply wanted a refund, that new food would not arrive in time because I only have 30 minutes for lunch, I was told by the manager, Sorellia, that the crew said I was wrong and they had made the order correctly. They said that the only way I would receive a refund is if I left work again and brought the sandwiches back to their location myself. SO because of their mistake I would have had to leave work twice and ended up with no lunch.

Their subs are freaking amazing! They were out of brownies but gladly substituted four cookies in place of them since our takeout order was prepaid. Highly recommended!
