Dr. Dainty J. Jackson, DO

Dr. Jackson did a great job taking time to discuss all my concerns without rushing me to get to the next patient. She is patient and has been by my side while hospitalized. Dr. Jackson does not take short cuts with her treating methods. She explains all treatment plans and lab results which is helpful. I have been going to her for over 10 years and she saved my life. Thank you

Awesome Primary Care Physician! I have been with Dr. Jackson for nearly 13 years & every time I have a visit, she actually takes the time out & listens to my concerns. I have never been rushed through an appointment and have always had EVERY medical concern addressed! There are not very many "old school" doctors, so I only trust her with my medical needs! Thank you Dr. Jackson & the Family medical team for always putting your patient's healthcare as a top priority!

No don't waste your time!!! Dr she always has attitude and gives attitude to staff and patients. Very unprofessional needs to get it together and be more professional. I worked in health care and never seen things run like this before or so much disrespect!!!! I wasn't even told they had a new place when i came to my appointment came to old place!! Very unprofessional!!!!

I had a great experience. I was able to book last minute right before the holiday, then I arrived late and was welcomed and seen anyway. I will definitely be returning!

Dr. Jackson is very straight forward which is fine for me. I was very impressed from the website. I guess Monday isn't the day to go. I went last Monday and felt like staff wasn't awake yet. Very ho hum. Especially Amber. She is a nasty and very unprofessional. She doesn't like her job and it shows. This Monday I go in for lab results and theres the dust cloud Amber looking very miserable about life. I had a simple question and she snapped at me for a oversight she had and when I snapped back she ran and hid in another room. There is one new lady there who is pleasant Ms.Washington and another nurse Daphany who was a delight after dealing with that unprofessional Amber. I've requested that she doesn't even call me for a follow up. Someone else could do it. She needs to thank Baby Jesus that Dr. Jackson still has her in there. I know a lot of places where she would've been fired a long time ago.
