Waldorf Primary Care

Went in as a new patient, waited an hour and a half to be seen for my consultation. Did not even have a physical exam and received a bill for $160 after my co pay and after my insurance was billed. I was not informed there would be any additional cost after my co pay being as I wasn’t even having any diagnostics performed in office. No one could explain the charges to me from the office. Also, I went for blood work at LapCorp and the Dr never even called me back with the results and it has been well over a month.Very unprofessional business management.

I was coming in as a new patient. Because I was a new patient, I could not get in to see the doctor for a month. Unfortunately, they called the same day of my appt. to cancel after I took off from work. Needless to say, I was not happy because I am an asthmatic and needed my inhaler refilled. I tried to reschedule and they scheduled me for another appt 3 weeks away. So I made the appt, but I later called back to cancel. If this is how they treat new patients, I would rather not be a patient at this facility.
