Dr. Karlene Ross

Excellent Doctor - difficult office....Dr. Ross is very attentive and professional. My only note is scheduling (lots of overlap, causing delays and very long wait times); administrative issues not medical care issues. I admire her work ethic and desire to mentor new talent in the medical field, but it requires a great deal of patience.

Dr. Karlene Ross is a very good doctor. My first visit was very pleasant with her and she if definitely the doctor you’d want if you are looking for someone attentive. The only reason I’m not giving her 5 stars or even 4 and a half is because of the wait time. If you want a quick in and out visit, this is NOT the place for you. I’m not sure if it’s because she has too many patients or takes too many appointments but the wait time is ridiculous. Now don’t get me wrong, once I was seen I was completely satisfied with my visit. But my first time I waited almost an hour and a half JUST to be seen. And I was just there for a regular physical. That itself only took just 15-20 minutes but there were pauses in between so altogether I spent 2 hours in her office. Now, there is an upside to all this. I realized after going to my second appointment that going AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE is the best way to get a good in and out time. I spent just a little shy of an hour on that visit. Definitely not as bad considering I was there for an annual. Another great thing about her office if you’re a woman, she does pcp and obgyn so you’re basically set. Anyway, it’s a great office if you make the time or go early. 80% recommendation!

This place was actually incredible, I had no problems with service and Dr. Ross was very kind to me and other patients!

Dr. Ross is very detail and a great doctor. She is straight forward and listen to your concerns.
