Eastland Suites Extended Stay Hotel & Conference Center - Urbana/Champaign

Great food, big pool, amazing staff. This hotel is amazing. The front desk staff are amazing so are the kitchen staff. The housekeepers are super nice. I love the fresh breakfast. The Omelette Bar is so yummy. You also get a free drink when you come during happy hour.

The room was nice, very spacious with a full kitchen. We loved the king sized beds! But the upstairs shower leaked into the downstairs bathroom. We called for maintenance, and they sent someone, but not until the end of our stay.

I was turned away at check-in because my room was not ready. I was told that they would call when our room was ready. After 2 hours I was finally given a room. It was NOT what I had booked. The staff were rude about the whole situation. To top it off I was still charged for a room I didn't get! It literally ruined our weekend plans. Don't waist your $.

I absolutely love this place! Wonderful and friendly staff.. Huge rooms- extremely clean. An excellent heated pool with fitness room attached. Gas stations and resturants in view from the property. Nice hot buffet breakfast in the morning and an onsite bar with gaming to unwind in the evening. We stayed a single night but I now plan to choose Eastland for future events with longer stays. I was totally relaxed and comfortable. I can't say enough good things!

I had an incident occur where I wasn’t able to make my reservation. My card was charged the full amount for not canceling on time. After speaking with the general manager, Tracy, she was very understanding and gave me another chance to chose another night at the luxurious Eastland Suites! Now, I feel like a valued guest!
