Hilton Lisle/Naperville

The gentleman who was their bellhop was super nice. We chatted briefly and was just very friendly & helpful. The room was clean & the bed was extremely comfortable. I absolutely loved the pillows. We were there for a wedding reception & the room it was in was beautiful. The food they had at the reception was SOOOOOO good. The staff who helped with the reception were extremely professional, polite & efficient. It was an all around great experience. We also had a false alarm fire & they ushered us out effectively & then also offered bottles of water. I was very happy with my stay. My only complaint was the room they had the reception in got extremely hot (in my opinion) however my stay was amazing & the staff is so e of the best I've ever dealt with. I do not remember the bellhop's name or the wedding coordinator (who was also very nice & efficient) but I do remember George of the reception staff & Helen. I came in with the bride the night before & Helen introduced herself which I thought was wonderful. She seemed to have ran everything flawlessly. Great event & great 2 night stay. Thank you!!!

The room was in clean and neat condition, everything was great; exactly what I have come to expect from Hilton. I missed having a mini fridge, but I survived. The dining room was delicious both for dinner and brunch. My dinner was one of the best steaks I had ever eaten, and if I am back here for business, I will definitely set aside time for the food.

The hotel is good, but not my style. I prefer to have a refrigerator and a microwave oven in my room to allow me to make my own snacks and to nutritionally supplement meals. There is a microwave oven in the market room near the front desk. The parking is not good, but there were at least enough parking spaces for those of us who could walk to the back lot. My wife had problems getting comfortable with the chair and desk. I'm quite a bit taller and do not have as many physical problems, so I could adapt better. The staff was stellar. Housekeeping and the ladies at the front desk were excellent. Ron, the shuttle driver went over and above my expectations every time.

Excellent hotel room at a reasonable rate. Front desk staff made a great recommendation for a late-night place to eat. I would definitely stay here again.

The hallways are very long, it's a v shaped building, there is only 2 ways in/out... the lobby and the pool in the back. Staff is accommodating, I needed a fridge for meds and I got it in less than 5 min. Be prepared to walk a lit in this building.
