Holiday Inn Chicago - Midway Airport

Very nice staff and very helpful. I love the kids eat free at the hotel. I especially love the park sleep fly option they have. They helped us out and made sure everything was set for. A crib for my 1 year old and help cleaning up a mess created by my 1 yr old.

A couple of friends came to visit from out of town to catch a soccer game at Toyota Park so instead of making the drive back after the game we decided to all just split a hotel for the night. The hotel served its purpose! Close to the stadium and the room was clean and spacious enough for four adults. The two women that checked us in were friendly, and the woman at the desk in the morning at check out was friendly as well. We also got to use the pool while we were there- you can tell the staff kept the pool area clean at all times! Having a fooseball table in the pool area was a cool touch. The only con I had was that I personally thought the room was a bit dark. Maybe the lamps just needed brighter bulbs. However it wasn’t that serious to me as by the time we came back to the room we were basically heading to sleep. Although I live in the area I would come here for a staycation or refer out of town guests to it!

Highly recommend. Highly recommend! Very comfortable. Quite. Quality amenities. Superb staff. One of my favorites among several chains. If you are fortunate enough to be checked in by Courtney at the front desk the rest of your super day will seem average.

Staff is very friendly. Enjoyed my stay. The complimentary breakfast was also good as well. Will be returning soon

Hotel met all our needs. Traveled here on business. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Free Hot Breakfast 6am weekdays, walking distance to Giardanos, Lou Malnatis, Panda Express, and TGIFridays, McD's and Burger King. Uber and Lyft usually only a few minutes away since this and other hotels are near Chicago-Midway. $8-10 shared ride, $17+ for private Uber to Downtown Magnificent Mile about 25 minutes away ...depending on if you travel off-peak (not rush hour). Mostly interacted with late night Front desk staff and she was EXTREMELY helpful and polite.
