Ed Kingsbury Jr - State Farm Insurance Agent

I have never had a problem until today. Customer service was rude and made me feel as though I was dumb when all I was doing was simply asking about a price change to my policy. If there were a better priced plan elsewhere I wouldn't be a State Farm customer. Jodi, you have sadly ruined my experience with your branch.

Customer service is non-existent. The woman answering the phone was abrupt, with no interesting in helping. The person I was representing will be moving their policies due to lack of support from this agency.
